Questions To Ask Yourself:

Once you have completed today’s video, spend the rest of the day asking yourself the following questions “Ya Butts” that came up as a result of tapping along with me!

Start tapping all of the points while you answer the following questions with as much detail as possible: If you cant tap on all of the tapping points for what ever reason just tap the karate chop point discretely on your leg or the table or even the steering wheel ( SAFETY FIRST ;-)

Remember, the more specific your tapping phrases the better the results!

Before asking the following questions make this statement:

Declare your Intention:

“I declare my Intention right now to release all the thoughts, memories, beliefs, attitudes, feelings, emotions and assumptions both known and unknown, conscious and nonconscious, that I have ever experienced regarding my belief “Insert Issue /Problem you are working on” which is not moving me towards my hearts desire.

  1. Why I don’t deserve this problem

  2. Why I deserve this problem

  3. How long have you been dealing with this issue?

  4. Who else in your family has/had this problem?

  5. What have you tried in the past to work on it and why didn’t it work?

  6. What is the theory about why you haven’t gotten over it yet?  How is this your fault?

  7. If you didn’t focus on the issue or problem, what emotions might surface?

  8. What’s the downside of letting go or being without this problem or issue?

  9. What is the upside of keeping this problem or issue?

  10. Will you feel safe without this problem?

  11. Who will you be without this problem?

  12. Who might be upset if you don’t have this problem anymore?

  13. What will change if you let this problem go?

  14. If this problem “represented an emotion,” what would it be?

After asking the following questions and as many times as you want
whenever you want make this statement:

I completely and deeply accept myself the way I am!
