Why does the biggest loser work?

We’ve all seen the TV show the Biggest Loser and we’ve watched the contestants get radical weight loss results but How…Why?  What are they doing that’s so different than the diets you have tried in the past.  The answer is simple they do whatever it takes, the staff of highly trained Nutritionists, Trainers, Therapists look at each person individually and decide what is going to work the best for them.  They have a support staff of no less than 5 people  that are personally responsible for their success.  Add in the fact that they are fed the exact foods that they need to get the best results.  No “cheating” of any kind. They are followed around by cameras 24 hrs a day and they are put through vigorous workouts that are far more difficult than anything you would push yourself to do.  Similar to the workouts we do at Boot Camp.

This kind of attention to the “Contestant” delivers phenomenal results…But the results aren’t out of the ordinary…They are amazing.. but they are not impossible for you to achieve.  These people are not special.  They are just like you.  The only difference is their support staff saw to it that they would succeed.  Because their jobs depend on their clients success.

If that’s the kind of detail you’re after.  If you have tried everything and still ride the weight loss roller coaster, following each new diet and hoping this one will stick.  If you know that you are fed up and are ready to finally look and feel like you know you can.  Than this program is for you.  We can only allow a select number of clients per month be a part of this program because of the time we will be investing in you, the client.  We become your support staff and do what ever it takes to get you to your goals.  Be warned though this will not be a walk in the park.  If change was easy you would have gotten yourself there by now.  There will be tears, there will be tough times, but you will come out the other side, a winner in life, and a winner in Health.  You will be asked to sign a contract to commit yourself to the challenge and do whatever it takes (within healthy means of course) and we will be making the same commitment to you.  Whatever it Takes!

The base of the program includes:

  • Personalized nutrition plan (created by a registered dietitian)
  • 3 months of boot camp
  • Personalized workout for your “off days” geared to your specific needs
  • 3 personal training sessions
  • A “kitchen raid” where we go into your house and raid your cupboards removing all of the bad items and replacing them with healthy alternatives.
  • A grocery shopping tour (learn how to shop to achieve your health goals)
  • Weekly body fat measurements
  • Video log of your transformation
  • Unlimited access to Tony and Molli for questions and support.
  • Daily check up calls (and we mean daily!)
  • This program is not to be taken lightly, as we said we only work with a select number of clients a month because of the time invested.  Once you sign up you will be interviewed to make sure we believe you will be able to commit to the program.  Or if you are wasting the spot that someone else might benefit from
